1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and lgplay ("lgplay," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://lgplay.cam ("Platform").

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the lgplay Platform. Operating multiple accounts—whether under the same or different identities—is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits therein.

3.3 Account Security

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by lgplay are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in full before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates—for example, slot games may contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat or blackjack may contribute a reduced percentage—are detailed in the specific promotion terms. 5.3 Abuse of Bonuses

In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game results and server-side records, the server-side records shall be deemed definitive. Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lgplay Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "lgplay," logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and other materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of lgplay or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of lgplay.

lgplay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not confer any ownership rights over Platform content.

9. Privacy

lgplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or force majeure events will be communicated to players through available channels where practicable.

11. Responsible Gaming
